Workshop Details
Biological Membranes and Membrane Proteins: Challenges for Theory and Experiment
07/13/2015 - 07/17/2015
Meeting Description:

This TSRC Workshop will consist of a roughly 50-50 mix of theorists and experimentalists, discussing not only their most recent results but also, as the title suggests, discussing the emerging challenges at the interface between the techniques used in the field of membrane biophysics and structural biology. Several topics will be covered, including membrane structure, dynamics, domains, and transport, as well as membrane-protein interactions and assembly. The meeting registration total will be capped at about 35-40 participants, so please register early.
