Electronic and Structural Dynamics in Hybrid Perovskites: Theory Meets Experiment
07/12/2016 - 07/16/2016
Meeting Description:

Hybrid organic-inorganic halide perovskites have revealed to be very promising materials for photovoltaic oriented applications, leading to photoconversion efficiencies over 20%. These materials also present potentials for light-emission, field-effect transistors as well as spintronic or thermoelectric applications. Despite intense experimental and theoretical investigations in the past three years, a complete understanding of the fundamental materials properties is still lacking. In order to stimulate further improvements in the field, we propose a joint workshop including both researchers involved in state of the art experimental investigations of electronic and structural dynamics as well as leading theoreticians.

The American Institute of Physics|Applied Physics Letters is a sponsor of this year's workshop.
